During my time at Digital Operative, I collaborated as Senior Designer with Injinji to introduce an enhanced e-commerce experience for customers. This initiative centered around improved product education, interactive merchandising, and incorporation of social proof elements.

The majority of individuals within the athletic and running community had limited awareness regarding the distinctive concept of athletic toe socks. Moreover, they were unfamiliar with the substantial advantages and the value these socks contribute to one's comfort and performance.

The Solution:
Design a visually appealing e-commerce site for Injinji that informs, educates, and excites new visitors and ultimately converts them into satisfied returning customers.
The newly redesigned Injinii site yielded amazing results within the first few weeks. Upon the launch of the new site, we noticed an increase of 26% in mobile revenue, a 5% increase in overall revenue, and a +4% of overall average order value.
